Northwest Multiple Listing Service assigns area numbers across the counties it serves. Some counties, such as Asotin County (top) have only a single area number; others, such as Thurston (bottom) have many. The custom maps are created to help the real estate brokers determine where the boundaries of each area are. I created and edited the maps in Arcmap Desktop, exported them as vector files, imported them into Illustrator for styling, saved them as printable PDFs and uploaded them to the member website. I collaborated with the project supervisor to develop styling which was consistent with the company’s existing brand and documented the production procedure.
